Eclipse has wide ranging expertise across the design, management, ownership, and impact of the built environment. The built environment is much more than a backcloth to everyday life – it is rather a creative expression of our social organisation, our aspirations, our beliefs and our values. While the built environment does not determine behaviour it can nevertheless allow social interaction, simplify mobility, and create a sense of place in which members of a community can take pride and experience a sense of belonging. Buildings and places connect us to the past, and are part of our common culture, while what we build, refurbish or demolish constitutes our legacy to future generations.
